Refund and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to digital products sold on Pynvero, such as Excel templates. Our free tools are not covered because they cost nothing to use.

Delivery

Our products are digital. After a successful payment you receive your file online, through the download link shown after payment and, where available, by email. No physical item is shipped.

If you do not receive your file within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to us at [email protected] with your payment details and we will send it again.

Refunds

Because a digital file cannot be returned once it is downloaded, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We will fix the problem or refund you in these cases:

• The file is damaged or does not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• You paid but never received the file and we could not deliver it.
• The product is clearly different from its description.

Write to [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method, and the bank may take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled after the file has been delivered.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
